December 2018,  Plans of Action Houston was invited to attend the 1st Annual University of Houston Black Leadership Network.   The beautiful Ms. Tina Louise Blakes was the Mistress of Ceremony, Model and Event Planner.

About Us
The University of Houston Black Leadership Network (BLN) is an incorporated voluntary organization.
BLN was founded in 1991 at the University of Houston, located at 4800 Calhoun, Houston, Texas 77204-3784.
Purpose
The Black Leadership Network was formed for the purpose of addressing the needs and issues concerning the Black faculty, staff, and students at the University of Houston, including but not limited to enhancing recruitment, admissions, retention, research opportunities, academic scholarship, financial aid, promotions, alumni involvement, and program funding.
